About Me With over 5 years of experience as a licensed massage therapist and 3 years as a licensed esthetician, I am passionate about helping my clients feel their best. I specialize in deep tissue and sports massage, as well as customized facials that target a range of skin concerns such as acne and mature skin care. My holistic approach ensures each session is tailored to your unique needs, promoting both physical and emotional well-being. Appointments & Forms I work by appointment only to ensure each session is focused and personalized. After booking, you will receive an email with required forms to fill out prior to your appointment day. These forms help me better understand your goals and any concerns you may have. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Late Policy
• You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment.
• Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours will incur a 50% charge of the booked service.
• No-call/no-shows will also be charged 50% of the service.
Late Arrivals
• A 10-minute grace period is provided. After 5 minutes, I will send a courtesy call/text.
• If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, you may need to reschedule or continue with the remaining time (e.g., 20 minutes late = 10 minutes lost from your service).
• Please note that late arrivals will shorten your service time to respect the next client’s appointment.
Deposit Policy
• If a service requires a deposit, it is NON-REFUNDABLE and will go toward your scheduled appointment.
• If you cancel, you must rebook and pay a new deposit.
